"I tried to call them but was told RAC does not do quotes over the phone. I tried to do it online but was told to contact live chat. Live chat told me they cannot do quotes over chat. What is wrong with you. \r\nWhat happened to customer service. \r\nWhy do you hate talking to people so much. "

"Avoid this company at all cost. \r\nAbsolutely disgraceful! \r\n\r\nReward loyal customers with 330% premium increases 9 years no claims no points not even as much as a window chip claim disgraceful. Price gone from 50pm to 177pm with no justification no notification and or reasoning. Diabolical and leaves a very bad taste.\r\n\r\n when phoned to question why Hassan at customer services finds it highly hilarious and just laughs down phone saying inflation. \r\n\r\nNo renewal quote delivered to me at address no call or notification Hassan stated renewals only given to customer if requested else it just rolls over year by year and they can charge what they want when they want. \r\n\r\nPlease avoid this company they deserve the same loyalty they show loyal customers"

"I would give a minus 1 if possible . My car has been in the car pound since it skidded on the M1 last Thursday 15 December. Have rang every day to various numbers to find out when it will be moved to the garage. No one has had any idea , this morning I insisted that I should talk to a manager and was told they don\u2019t know which garage it will be sent to and probably won\u2019t be moved now until the New Year . Despite the accident being 8 days ago. They also will not give me a courtesy car until it reaches a garage and then only if one is available. I also paid to protect my No claims bonus (8 years ) but I\u2019m losing that too as my car skidded on ice . No one has a clue what they are doing. Do not use this company they are absolute rubbish . DO NOT USE RAC . "

"Never take rac break down I had a breakdown I call the in morning 08:38 been waiting 4 hour in the car without no food no water and can go to toilet there no public toilet I call them for any update and they said the update they got is at 15:00 o'clock in afternoon they are mad is company dont have heart for people when they take the money it 1 second when breakdown it take 7 hours waiting I will never recommend people to RAC"
